I called this company for a fossil fuel inspection because they were recommended by the Village of Bolingbrook. They seemed very professional, so even though they were more expensive than the other company I usually call, I decided to give them a try. The technicians showed up promptly at the scheduled time. There were 2 guys- one of them was in training. They did not explain what they were doing but I had done this inspection multiple times and had an idea and I have never had issues in the past. However, after they left the property, we noticed that the water heater was moved and the top was damaged. I called the office and requested someone to come back to make sure that it was not leaking and to put back the cover properly and move the unit back the way it was initially. The woman on the phone seemed frustrated and rude and said they will call me back the same day but no one could come until another day. They never called back. I would not recommend this company and will never use them again.
