Usually I am not a person who likes to share the experiences that happen to me. But this time, these people simply do not care about anything. I took my car from December 28 to change the oil and because of an inresponsible who did not know how to put the plug on the engine. all the oil fell on my car and the machine definitely does not work anymore. From that day to the date Jiffy Lube brought me from one place to another calling people who do not even answer me and when they do they behave as if I were asking for alms. The only thing I want is for them to be responsible for what they did to my car. I'm tired of waiting and your stupid excuses. To you who read this message and know someone who likes to take their car to these places, I would simply advise you not to take them.
