I will not suggest anyone to use this office they are very unprofessional lazy they do not answer phone calls nor return phone calls I have been with State Farm for over 8 years but only been with this office for under a year and I am leaning towards switching to Allstate if you call this office and you speak to someone name Gabby she is very unprofessional and need not to be working in customer service , my rate went up and I asked why she says she don't know and my bill is my bill I had to use someone else's phone just to get through sometimes because they will not answer my , phone calls do to them having caller ID so if you make them work ask them questions they don't know the answers to they would not answer your phone call, and I'm not the first client that they have lost this office should be closed down cause they can't keep no business due to unprofessionalism I have switched to a new office 286 Weber Road all is welcome come on down there with me the I don't need to be at this office they ain't no good
