Ordered a delivery, waited 90 minutes, then called to find out that the delivery guy was in an accident and we'd have to pick up. They, apparently, never thought to call us, or have any other employees drive it out to us. In fact, they never started cooking our order because they had no intention of delivering or notifying us. When I arrived, there were no less than five employees standing around for waiting for something to do. Won't make this mistake again.
